Once Order place an Online store then we try our best to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. We work hard to ship your items quickly and efficiently. Our standard shipping times are listed below, but you can also check the specific shipping time for your order in the confirmation email we sent you.

* In stock Item: Estimated Delivery within 5-7 business days

* Out of stock: In case an item is unavailable, we will reach out to you with the choices of getting a refund, choosing a different product, or continuing with the rest of your order.

* Damaged Deliveries: Our goal is to deliver your parcel in perfect condition. However, sometimes parcels get damaged during the delivery process. If you notice any visible damage on the parcel when it arrives, please do not accept it. Please tell the courier to send the goods back to us. If you find any damage after you have received the parcel, please contact us directly by phone or email us at hemant@simprosys.net with photos of the damage.

We offer FREE shipping in the United States for orders over $90. For orders under $90, we charge a flat rate of $9.99. You will see the shipping and taxes clearly displayed when you click "Continue" after entering your shipping address during the checkout process.
