Return

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with it. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will provide you a refund if deliver the item defective or different from what we advertised, or if we made a mistake in the price or description. You can also return them if the delivery was delayed by circumstances beyond our control.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange

If you notice any defects, damages or errors in your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and exchange the item.
